Outreach and Global Missions

At TAF USA, Outreach and Global Missions is where faith meets action. We believe that the love of Christ is not only spoken but shown — in our neighborhoods, on campuses, and in communities across the nation. From giving care packages to the homeless, to evangelizing on college campuses, to serving through food and clothing drives, our mission is simple: to bring hope, meet needs, and connect people to the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

Here’s how we live that out:

  • Community Care & Relief
    We create care packages filled with essentials like food, clothing, and hygiene items, and distribute them to families and individuals in need. Beyond meeting practical needs, we use these moments to share encouragement, pray with people, and remind them that they are deeply loved by God.

  • Campus Outreach & Student Packages
    On high school and university campuses, we connect with students through conversations, encouragement, and invitations to join a Love Fellowship. To show care in a tangible way, we hand out student packages — filled with folders, notebooks, pens, pencils, and water bottles — equipping students for both academic success and spiritual growth.

  • Street Evangelism & Acts of Kindness
    In cities across the U.S., we go into neighborhoods and busy streets to share the gospel through personal conversations. Sometimes it’s a meal for someone who is hungry, a bottle of water on a hot day, or simply listening to someone’s story. These simple acts of kindness reflect the heart of Christ and open the door to deeper spiritual conversations.

  • Service at Shelters & Community Drives
    We volunteer at shelters and host drives — from food to clothing — to serve the homeless and the vulnerable. By working side by side with community partners, we create opportunities to extend care while also planting seeds of hope and faith.

TAF USA has carried out outreaches in cities across the country, from New Orleans to Boston, Rolla to Austin, and we continue to expand to new regions. Each outreach is an opportunity to bring TAF USA's presence into communities and campuses, leaving behind not just resources but also relationships and transformed lives.

Jesus said in Matthew 25:35–36, “I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger, and you invited me in…”
Outreach and Global Missions is about meeting physical needs while pointing people to the eternal hope found in Christ. We believe that when teens and young adults experience love in action, they are drawn closer to God and inspired to live out their purpose.

    If you’re a student, you can spark change right where you are by starting a weekly Bible study fellowship on your campus. We’ll equip and support you to lead your peers in faith and fellowship.

    Cover our teams, cities, and communities in prayer as we step out to bring the light of Christ to new places.

In April 2026, TAF USA carried out a powerful multi-day outreach initiative in Staten Island focused on community care, evangelism, campus engagement, and worship. Through strategic partnership and compassionate service, the outreach impacted families, students, and individuals across the community with both practical support and the message of Jesus Christ.

A major highlight of the outreach was our partnership with Project Hospitality, where volunteers distributed comfort bags and connected with individuals and families in need throughout the area. Through this initiative, 50 care packages containing essential items were distributed to community members.

The outreach also included a large-scale community lunch initiative designed to serve and encourage local families. While the original target was to reach 45 families, the outreach directly impacted 22 families, including 32 adults and 36 children. Volunteers served:

  • 15 pizza boxes

  • 3 large sandwich wrap trays (30 wraps each)

  • 1 tray of chicken tenders

  • 1 large tray of French fries

  • 3 large trays of salad

Beyond providing meals, the team spent time building relationships, encouraging families, and sharing the love of Christ through conversation and prayer.

Another impactful portion of the outreach took place on the campus of College of Staten Island, where volunteers engaged students through evangelism, encouragement, and meaningful conversations about faith. The campus outreach reached 28 students, and the team had the opportunity to personally pray with 4 of them during their interactions.

The outreach concluded with a Worship Night attended by approximately 20 people. It was a powerful evening of worship, prayer, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement. Most significantly, 2 individuals gave their lives to Christ during the gathering, marking a life-changing moment and a reminder of the purpose behind every outreach effort.

This outreach in Staten Island reflects TAF USA's ongoing mission to meet practical needs, build genuine relationships, and bring hope through the Gospel. From campuses to communities, every conversation, prayer, and act of service continues to leave a lasting impact.
