About TAF
Teens Aloud Foundation began in October 2005 with a simple but powerful vision: to see teenagers rise up, discover their God-given purpose, and live boldly for Christ. TAF has grown into a global youth movement with chapters in 9 different countries including the USA.
Reverend Kojo Koranteng Baidoo, affectionately known as Bro K.K., is the Founder and Global Executive Director of Teens Aloud Foundation. He is also the Senior Pastor of The Passion Story Church, a ministry with a mission to help people love God personally and live like Jesus. Rev. K.K. is a teacher, counselor, conference speaker, and author with a burning passion for raising the next generation of leaders. His down-to-earth style, humor, and genuine love for people keep teens engaged and inspired. As a spiritual father to many trailblazers, he is committed to seeing young men and women discover their purpose, grow in faith, and transform their world for Christ.
Lady Pastor Valeria Baidoo is the Global Executive Secretary of Teens Aloud Foundation and serves alongside her husband in leading The Passion Story Church Worldwide. A trained Biomedical Scientist, she set aside her professional career to follow her calling — passionately ministering to children and building up strong young believers. Valeria is also the founder and project coordinator of Love Universal Incorporated, a ministry focused on uniting families in Christ and empowering women. Known affectionately as “Aunty Val” or “Mama Val”, she is celebrated for her unique gift of exhortation and her ability to inspire both young men and women to walk boldly in their faith.
Together, Rev. K.K. and Lady Pastor Valeria have built TAF into a global movement — equipping teens through evangelism, discipleship, youth camps, and leadership programs. Their passion is to challenge a generation to believe in their God-given purpose and passionately pursue Jesus Christ.
How TAF Found a Home in the USA
TAF USA was born during one of the most challenging moments in recent history — the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. On Friday, April 24, 2020, six passionate young people gathered virtually on Zoom for what would become the very first official TAF USA meeting.
The pioneering effort was led by Gloria Ama Sasu, who served as the first Country Director while pursuing her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in the U.S. After a year and a half of faithful service, Gloria transitioned into the role of TAF North America Director, paving the way for new leadership.
She was succeeded by Frances Hutchful, formerly the Aloud Choir & Creative Director of TAF USA. Frances was later succeeded by Dorinda Ntim, who stepped in as the sole Country Director.
In September 2023, leadership expanded and Dorinda became Country Director of Admin & Finance. Maame Adwoa Amissah Ankrah was moved to TAF USA to serve as Country Director of Ministry, after serving as Country Director of TAF Canada for a year
In January 2025, Maame assumed full leadership as the sole Country Director. Shortly after, in June 2025, Buernor Essegbey, formerly the Eye Director, was appointed Deputy Country Director, strengthening the leadership team and helping guide TAF USA into its next season of growth.
TAF USA Today
Today, TAF USA is thriving as a vibrant, nationwide movement. Each year, we host multiple camps and outreach events, drawing 100+ attendees and creating powerful, life-changing encounters with God.
Our leadership has grown to include 12+ directors serving across multiple states and sub-ministries, all committed to equipping young people to live out their faith with courage. Across the country, 10+ weekly Love Fellowships provide teens with spaces to worship, study God’s Word, and build authentic, Christ-centered community.
Together, these efforts are raising up a generation of young people passionate about Jesus and ready to impact their schools, churches, and communities for His Kingdom.
