Sermon on the Sofa
Born out of a passion to reach teens in fun, creative, and relevant ways, Sermon on the Sofa is one of TAF’s most innovative evangelistic programs. Launched in 2007 at Achimota School in Ghana, this unique outreach event combines humor, creativity, and powerful truth to bring the gospel to young people right where they are.
Blending entertainment and ministry, Sermon on the Sofa is a “mixed-bag experience”, part comedy, part teaching, and all inspiration. It’s designed to break down walls, capture attention, and show that faith in Christ is real, relatable, and life-changing.
Our Mandate
To reach teenagers in schools and communities through creative evangelism that both entertains and transforms. By making the gospel accessible and engaging, we aim to challenge mindsets, spark curiosity about faith, and draw young people closer to Jesus.
Sermon on the Sofa reminds us that the gospel can be joyful, engaging, and powerful all at once. By using laughter, storytelling, and creativity, we create moments that disarm hearts and open doors for lasting transformation.
